Schönbrunn Palace (Schloss Schönbrunn, the beautiful well ") in Vienna is one of the most important cultural monuments in Austria and since 1860-has become a major tourism in Vienna. Regional location of the palace was purchased by Maximilian II, Holy Roman Emperor in the year 1569. In 1996, UNESCO palace set this as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
